"We had the perfect stay ,"

It was excellent , good location very. Clean , Deb and the boys make you so welcome , even taking us to the wedding venue to save use getting a taxi ,would recommend the breakfast basket it was full of everything that you needed ,room very clean ,we will be revisiting

"Beautiful"

Brilliant location, beautiful rooms and a warm welcome. Very accommodating and well setup for dogs. Well located right by the start of the trail up to Skiddaw and a short drive from Keswick. Fantastic recommendations on places to eat also.

"beautiful place to stay"

this is a beautiful base to visit the lakes, it is on a charming farm with amazing views and a beautiful sunset if the weather is good. We chose to have the hamper breakfast which didn't disappoint and was stocked up everyday.

only thing we didn't like is we couldn't walk to the pub as the road has no pavement, however there is a bus stop right outside the farm so we hopped on the bus and enjoyed a bottle of wine on a bistro terrace just down the road, so it was perfect

Nice room Good decor Good facilities in room - toaster fridge etc and good parking Fresh milk left in the fridge for my arrival 2 x chocolate bars - 2x bottles of water - nice

Not much to say here really as everything was fine and well thought out but 2 minor things Wash basin was style over practicality for kettle filling etc No napkins

"Perfect little getaway for our first time in the Lake District!"

The location was stunning on the farm with easy access to buses if needed. The amenities were perfect for our stay! Highly recommend to the next person :)

The lights flickered when they were on the maximum brightness but were fine when dimmed. And the WiFi was temperamental at times for the phone but perfect on the tv
