Highside Farm

What an amazing find! Beautiful rooms in a perfect spot! Fantastic facilities in the rooms - even a fridge, toaster, coffee machine and crockery and cutlery! The owners couldn’t be more friendly or accommodating. Great value for money, if you are looking for a lovely stay near Keswick I’d highly recommend Highside farm!

Everything was perfect

Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the location, near to Keswick but away from the busyness of Keswick. We appreciated the room being cleaned every day, and having fresh supplies added to the breakfast hamper, including fresh fruit and delicious pastries.

From start to Finish it’s been wonderful , lovely family run working farm with fantastic rooms Everything from our room to our hamper breakfast was just perfect

The room we stayed in was the workshop, everything was provided, tea, coffee, ground coffee, milk, chocolate, also shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer, , towels provided and bedding, it was a very comfortable room, done to a high spec, and the stone stairs going up was lit with fairy lights, and looked so pretty at night, we really enjoyed our stay here xx I would highly recommend this place xx

The parking was a little tight ,but apart from that nothing else xx

The location, the imaginative conversion of the farm buildings, and the friendly hostess and her two sons, plus the bird life - swifts and martins flying round

Proper little gem in a great location. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Cutest pack of friendly dogs roaming the yard 😍 Good coffee and machine in the room. Milk in the fridge and little bottled waters. Room was reset while we were out on our second day, which was a nice unexpected surprise, coming back to a freshly made bed. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to visit the lakes. Lovely room, had everything we needed. Dog friendly location.
