The Swan Inn, Letton, Near Hay on Wye

Very clean, friendly staff, good quality towels and bedding, fan in each room, large, modern bathroom, powerful, hot shower, ready and free parking.

Tiny 'double' bedroom, no bedside shelf or table (no room), rickety clothes rack on wheels, no full length mirror, tiny, cheap toiletries, shower basket with large gaps that small toiletries fall through, lack of space to set down own toiletries, room arranged badly (we rearranged furniture), only one pillow each, tea, coffee, milk and toiletries not replenished daily (though happy to provide when asked), very loud music in garden until around 10pm each evening (thought it was a wedding when we arrived but no, just a few couples sitting outside with drinks and music blasting). Rooms are not secure - once you know the pin code which is etched on each room key fob, you can access that room any time).

Room at the back looked out to woods and hills, and I woke to glorious birdsong.

Very clean and modern. Friendly staff- good atmosphere. Enormous tasty breakfast. Staff were very obliging.

We arrived 8.40pm- sadly kitchen was closed. The manager Danny arranged wings and chips for us. We were so grateful!

Bedroom was lovely , very spacious , staff very friendly and helpful Dinner was very nice

Bedsheet weren’t overly Comfortable , no choice at breakfast , added cosy for dog which we didn’t know about

Everything staff, food, room was all perfect for us and our two dogs

Nothing They were closed for good. No one should book this place as they are closed. We wasted our time and energy. Spent half a day to try and find another place. Totally disappointed

Nothing they were closed and you should take this property off your site as it has been closed for sometime.
