The Swan Inn, Letton, Near Hay on Wye

Comfortable, stylish and clean. Excellent food. The owner went out of her way to help us when we arrived early due to bad weather. Highly recommended if you have the opportunity to stay here.

Nothing to dislike

We were unable to have the room we booked due to a flood and had a discount off another room. Second night was very noisy as room directly over the bar. No hot water on second morning and details to contact the manager had disappeared. Continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice but no one around to even make us a hot drink. Had to even boil the kettle ourselves!

Beautiful place, exactly like the pictures show. Really friendly and great atmosphere. Food was lovely.

I really think that the best thing about my stay is that the hosts were absolutely lovely people. They were very kind and managed to help us out with some advice about what to do in the area.

The lovely personable way the manager conducted himself. His attention to detail was fantastic throughout property, I wouldn’t be surprised if he had done it all himself !

No food available on Wednesday night, but totally understandable !
