"Great location, well appointed rooms and friendly welcoming hosts. Good breakfast."

The property is well located in Kings Lynn on the edge of the town but everything is in walking distance. It is modern, clean with comfortable beds and clean en-suites. Onsite parking. The hosts are welcoming, friendly and are local so they can advise with knowledge. The breakfast was cooked to order and an excellent start to the day. We will stay again.

Nothing, it was amongst the best that we have stayed at in the UK
