East Pallant Bed and Breakfast, Located in Large Georgian Townhouse in Central Chichester

Wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet restful environment, interesting house right next to Pallant Gallery, the focus of our visit, useful parking arrangement

I failed to realise that the warm water supply was timed, so beautiful bath was not warm. I was in fact warm enough in bed but was not confident of this. Could an extra blanket for 1 or 2 have been provided?

The parking was convenient. The breakfast fine. The welcome from two out of three was warm - the other member of staff, not so.

The shower room was clean but tired. The toilet seat cheap and would not stay up. The water not really hot. There was no place to sit in the room - just on the beds. The mattresses were past their best and the paintwork of the room was poor.

A lovely old building and the rooms were huge. We stayed with a teenager and she had her own little room off the master, which was perfect for her.

Delightful townhouse in the middle of the town with parking. Staff very helpful.

Lovely situation away from noise of central town but within 10 min walking distance to central hub .

Nothing not to like .. decor a little tired related to age of the house but lovely family feel of a large Georgian home . Beautiful large communal rooms all with access to use . Breakfast was served punctually and with varied option s and with efficiency .

The house is amazing. Rooms have kept all original features. Brilliant location and has its own free parking. The breakfast is outstanding - chef really knows what he’s doing.

Mattresses very soft - felt like could do with an upgrade. But otherwise lovely.
