Clean, cosy and really comfortable. Great host who made everything easy. Great communication. Lovely fresh breakfast inc fresh homemade loaf.

The views from our room...the freshly made bread at breakfast...the short walk to the Seaview hHotel for dinner...Cara, the host's, enthusiasm.

The shared bathroom and lack of a proper shower...somewhere for two people to sit, other than on the (v comfortable) bed..

Sharing a bathroom that had only a bath. Not great for older guests, hard to safely get out of bath

Perfect location for John O’Groats Nice to be involved with nature and the animals on the property Decent meal at the Seaview

Would have liked a real shower, rather than a handheld shower over bath. But this is being very picky .

Good place to stop on NC500 and added bonus of wondering round petting farm in morning. Nice self serve breakfast

Shared facilities but luckily had no one else staying.

"An extremely lovely stay, in a great location!"

We were made to feel very welcome and all the staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was very clean, quiet and cosy. Extremely comfy bed, with a great duvet and pillows. The shared bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels too. There was a really good choice of things for the help-yourself breakfast, including freshly baked bread. Nice little shop on site and some really cute animals in the petting zoo. Less than 5 mins drive to the John O'groats signpost. We would highly recommend Puffin Croft to other travellers and would definitely stay again, if in the area.
