Please let us know if you are coming to Lamu by bus (which Bus Company & departure time from Mombasa or Malindi) or by plane (which airline & arrival time) so that we can wait for you at the jetty in Mokowe or Lamu or at Manda Airport. Guests only have to pay boat fare for themselves and if they need help with their luggage otherwise we don't charge anything for pick up.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Super séjour !"

J’ai adoré mon séjour à la Jambohouse ! L’hôtel et les chambres sont très propres, le petit déjeuner est copieux, et surtout, le service est top. Arnold est incroyable : toujours à l’écoute, plein de bons conseils sur la ville, vraiment attentionné, disponible, et on sent qu’il aime vraiment aider ses clients à passer un bon moment ! Fred aussi est super sympa ! Franchement, on se sent bien dès l’arrivée ! Top top top!

El anfitrión está contigo para todo. Te explica todo detalladamente relacionado con Lamu, si tienes dudas a cualquier hora te contesta y te ayuda. Te acompaña a los sitios, para que no te pierdas. Además, hace muy buenos desayunos. La terraza que tiene es espectacular y la ubicación es perfecta.

La cama es pequeña para dos personas y algo incómoda. En la habitación hace calor a pesar de los dos ventiladores. Al abrir la puerta si que se notaba el fresco. Por lo que recomendaría poner una ventana superior que de al pasillo para que pueda hacer corriente. No había agua caliente.

Sehr nette Unterkunft zentral in Lamu Town gelegen, äußerst preiswert und dafür immer noch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gastgeber Arnold kann außerdem viele Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Ausflügen geben.

Der herzliche Empfang Arnolds sowie all seine Informationen rund um Lamu haben bereits zu Beginn für ein tolles Ankommen gesorgt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es gab ein tolles, frisches Frühstück am Morgen und der Transfer für die Fähre bei Ankunft sowie die Vermittlung für Aktiviäten/Touren wurde bestens erklärt und organisiert.

"Lamu"

It was a great trip to Lamu. The hotel owner will give you a map with detailed information about Lamu and will also tell you the transportation price in advance for reference. The view from the rooftop tower is great, you can watch the sunrise, the breakfast is delicious, the room is very comfortable, and I had many great conversations with the owner in the evening. I hope the business will continue to improve.

There is no hot water for showering, and the shower area is small, which is a little inconvenient for tall people.
