Westergate House

The hosts were really helpful. I had my bike with me and Paul was really helpful with the bike.routes near the place. Hillary helped me to find some cheap parking spaces in the city as well. They were kind and helpful when I had to check out a few hours earlier than I anticipated.

It was raining all the time I was there but there nothing anyone can do about that!

Location is fabulous. We had a car but didn’t use it to visit York as it was a quick trip into town and no stress over parking! Hilary and Paul are exceptional host with lots of fabulous local information. Lots of extra touches with tea and cakes every day and the breakfasts were first class!

Paul and Hilary were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of cooked options. Spotless room and very comfy. Getting to York is a simple bus ride with the bus stop close by.

Nothing we didn’t dislike.

The breakfast had loads of choice and wonderfully cooked. The property was in very good order so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the Westergate great place with a really friendly welcome.
