Exception location with exceptional host. Thanks to Helen for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The gardens were beautiful, my 1 year old daughter enjoyed a lot! Hopefully we will be back soon.

Absolutely lovely large & well appointed room in beautifully restored property set within delightful gardens. Welcome was very warm with tea & biscuits offered in the drawing room. Breakfast was very generous and served in the lovely dining room overlooking the gardens.

Only negative (which could also be viewed as positive) was its distance from town

Helen was most welcoming. We arrived earlier than planned and she was happy to check us in. The house is beautiful, the gardens are lovely and the property is peaceful and well kept. We walked along the river behind the house, it was a well maintained path , very pretty. The swans are a bonus! The room was lovely and well appointed. The bed was comfy. The amenities a lovely added touch. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.
