The breakfast were excellent. Good choice and well presented. Our room was very pretty and comfortable. The hotel was in a lovely location.

The only complaint we had was the room was so hot, we couldn’t turn the heating off and had to sleep with the windows open.

It was all good - but particularly liked the interior decoration. This place was actually better than I expected.

Beautiful property with plenty of character and charm. Great attention to detail and rests wonderfully on the cobbled stretch of Mermaid Street.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. The staff were very helpful and always on hand, the breakfast is a joy with its menu and cleanliness across the property and the room we stayed.

Sumptuously decorated and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff (and also met Chris the owner whilst at the wonderful honesty bar - what a great character!), tasty breakfast with homemade touches eg granola, everything was fabulous, we were mightily impressed and would definitely return.
