Friendly staff, easy location with parking. Room was clean.

Room extremely hot, would have been helpful to ventilate it before we arrived on such a hot day. Provide a fan.

We arrived late having walked from the train station in the evening - about a 30 min walk- and were warmly welcomed. The room was well appointed and clean. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection of food. Super easy to catch a bus into the city centre. A brief but enjoyable stay and super value!

Clean, comfy & perfect position for bus routes into town & beyond,- 5mins to center & the stunning castle & cathedral. V good breakfast too.

the room was massive, super comfy and tidy, not a single grain of dust. staff very friendly and even though there is a pub downstairs you can’t ear a thing.

position is a bit off but there is a bus right in front of the house

Room 3 has a separate bathroom across the corridor.

Nice walk to the city center -- partly along the river -- or better even if you go over the hill via Old Durham Gardens.
