"Economical not lavish"

Efficient check-in by staff, good briefing. Clean, spacious room. All facilities worked.

Main observation would be the standard of breakfast, if you enjoy a well cooked breakfast, this wouldn't tick any boxes. Raw tomato was a new experience for me, bacon barely cooked and eggs that were left in the pan too long. The room whilst comfortable and spacious could have benefitted from fresh paint, especially in the bathroom.

A comfortable room and good breakfast. The hotel had a car park but also easy access to town, a 5 minute bus ride

They ran out of cask beer!
