"a room in someone's house not a B&B, felt awkward"

No breakfast provided at all had to walk to shop. This was not clear from the listing. The duvet was incredibly thick and too warm for season. There was no hairdrier or bin. garden view was a patio

A really cute cottage! We had a small double bedroom and big bathroom. Very good value for money and I can imagine on a summers day it would be lovely to sit outside. Excellent location- 10 minutes walk along the river into town. The host was very helpful, friendly communicative and I will definitely book here again!

A beautiful peaceful cottage, a 5 minute walk away from dawlish town. We had our own part of the cottage with a bedroom over looking the garden and a bathroom which was very spacious and had a bath. Very clean tidy place and beautifully decorated. Ginko the host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed staying there and will look forward to staying again ☺️
