This is a very nice BNB. The backyard is a beautiful garden area with farm animals and an impressive Koi pond. This was a more communnal experience given the shared bathrooms and dining area. Jill does a great job connecting her guests which made for some great conversations.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was unclear to me as to what areas of the home were guest common areas or private areas. It was probably my fault for not reading instructions but access to back yard area for guests is only through the entry door and through a side gate.

breakfast was really nice. It was not a fry up, but tasty healthy food and lots of it. Coffee was great. Jill was lovely too, and chatty with it. We will go again

The breakfast was nice, lots of variety. I was looking for somewhere quiet with nature and water and that's exactly what I got. The host Jill was very accommodating. Will be back.

Very good continental breakfast...very welcoming hostess, excellent situation on outskirts of Dorking....

Nothing wrong at all....I hadn't realised that the room wasn't en suite but that's probably my fault for not reading the details carefully when I booked...

Marvellous location just 10 mins walk to the main street of Dorking and only a mile and a half or so from Box Hill. Absolutely lovely garden which is not that of use unless you wish to sit in it, in which case you will be very happy! The accomodation was very clean and well maintained. The owner Jill very pleasant and helpful.

The 10ftx10ft bedroom was immaculately clean and warm, and it's associated bathroom was even better. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Problem was the very small size of the room for the price asked. Also the bedsheets/duvet cover were very tired, new crisp bedclothes would be a big improvement.
