Facilities fantastic, one of the best accommodation I have had an overnight stay in whilst away with work. Have rebooked for next month.

Nothing to dislike.

Even though I didn't actually meet the host messages were friendly and helpful. Fridge and room was well stocked with breakfast items and drinks. Shower was really good and there was a fan supplied which came in handy for the hot weather.

Excellent location with pub serving food just across the road. Very clean. Everything you would need for a one night stay was present.

We weren't sure whether the ham in the fridge was supposed to be part of the continental breakfast or whether it was left there by previous occupants. In any case, it had been opened and the ham inside was going off.

Very good value for money, very clean room, well stocked for Hot drinks & great continental breakfast already in the fridge & on the shelf, plenty to be had. Excellent value for money, slept very well. Quiet location. Would definitely stop again , it very much suited our needs for an overnight stop.

Not to far away from he Broads and local bus stop into Norwich. It was Pet friendly 👍 Lovely breakfast

Location was good and private

Quite a dangerous exit to the drive close to a junction but ok taken slowly and with caution. Beds were a little on the soft side.
