Excellent location, close to Norwich and Wroxham, great continental breakfast, opposite a lovely pub, saw a hare in the field next door in the morning!

Room and facilities were very well thought out. Lots of breakfast options provided. Great views over the fields.

Out of your control - but the traffic whips by on the road at speed! Made entering and exiting the parking space a bit exciting. Resolved by passenger crossing the road to see the driver out
