"Very happy with our stay, will highly recommend and all happy to return"

9.0

Breakfast choice was fab, shower was lovely and easy to use. The view from the bedroom was brilliant, very relaxing to watch the sun go down. Great to have a fridge for milk and a microwave to bring our own food to heat up to save us the expense of buying an evening meal out. Everything lovely and clean and nice art work on walls. Close to Bewilderwood so excellent to make a night of it.

I was a bit worried about our 5 year old being noisy as the sound seemed to travel well into the hallway outside. The mirrors outside to use when leaving the car park are not clear enough to use so a bit hairy when trying to pull out.

"Great value. Peaceful as in the country, but not too far from Wroxham"

9.0

It was clean in a very quiet country environment. A nice country pub a few yards across the road . It was like being in a french or spanish Casa. Mind you we did go on the 2 hottest may days on record. If you want a relaxing and quiet holiday venue i would highly recommend. Its only 10 mins from Wroxham so quiet but close enough for a good day out.

Clean, everything you need in the rooms. Breakfasts are continental but topped up daily. The garden is great for evening tea or morning breakfast if weather good. Amazing sunsets across the fields.

"Excellent little B&B, fantastic value for those who like a continental breakfast."

10.0

A continental breakfast was constantly available in the room - so, as well as pains au chocolat, croissants, biscuits, half a loaf of tiger bread, and 3 different cereals, there was a fridge stocked with milk, juice, yogurts, cheese, ham, butter, jams and grapes. There was a small table and chairs set for 2, in the room, which had a peaceful rural outlook over fields. Food stocks were replenished each morning. There was also a microwave in the hallway, for guests' use.

There's free parking on site, which is great, but the road (although a country lane) is sometimes busy and the property frontage is thickly hedged - so I preferred to reverse into the drive, then drive out forwards, with the window open to listen for approaching traffic. There's a convex traffic mirror opposite the property; I didn't find it as helpful as opening the window.
