The room looked tired & old, the bed was squeeky, the shower didn't work properly & one day the staff didn't clean the room despite the sign outside requesting it, car parking a mile away up the hill. disappointing.

"Whitby - Pier Inn"

8.0

Great location and friendly staff. Room was basic, but clean.

Stairs to room but it's an old building so it is to be expected. Bit of wallpaper missing in the room.

Nice cottage right in the centre, but on a quieter back alley. The pub staff is friendly, and provides temporary parking passes if needed.

The kitchen is tiny in case you want to eat in. The cottage is a bit old, but well maintained.
