The place was stunning room was lovely. There was a separate lounge for you to sit and relax. Couldn't fault host. Lynda greet us every morning. Breakfast was delicious lots of choices. We will definitely be returning

"Quaint retreat for Jane Austen lovers"

Very charming cottage, decorated like the quintessential English home. This place is ideally situated to visit the Peak District and the old spa towns of Buxton and Matlock. For the Jane Austen lovers: 1995's Pemberley (Lyme Park) is just 45 minutes away and 2005's Pemberley (Chatsworth) just over 5 minutes.

Own entrance in to the property. The property was very clean and tidy, a lovely modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

The bedroom was rather small but adequate.

Wonderfull place with lots of character! Room was beautifully decorated, great bath, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and fresh. Host was welcoming and friendly and gave good advise. Highly recommended!
