"May be I got what I paid but i do believe we can do better for our customers."

Location and the staff

The room is too warm during the day.the heat from outside penetrating inside the room. The aircon can't sustained coldness the temperature inside the room during the day is 26° The washroom is not clean(toilet,sink) and its too warm inside the washroom. The closet, desk table/ drawer is too dusty. Ants are all over the place. No toiletries like shampoo,bodywash,handsoap.

The staff are very respectful and kind.

The aircon cannot cool the room, 5 of us weren't able to sleep well. The toilet doesn't flush properly, the main door is not.closing as well.we are moved to 2 bedroom room the following day which means we have to join the 2 single beds so 3 of us can sleep
