"We had a fabulous stay at Gardeners cottage B&B, beautiful property, great hosts and perfect food."

The Breakfast was cooked perfectly, plenty of it and there was a lot of choice on the breakfast menu. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and provided lots of information regarding things to do in the area. The location of the property is perfect as it's only a 12 - 15 walk to the centre or 3 minute drive and the property itself is beautiful inside and out.

Loved the look and style. Quiet location. Amazing breakfast incredibly pleasant proprietor and his father. The bed was extremely comfortable and loved the style of the room. Would definitely stay again.

"Pleasant stay"

Breakfast excellent. The cottage is based at the top of quite a steep hill, luckily the weather was good. I would not like to go up and down the hill in icy weather.

Several rules to follow, which i agree the property needs to be respected and cared for. We were told to bring slippers ( which i always do) but I have never been told as a paying guest this is what I have to do. Didn't feel fully relaxed in the atmosphere.

"Nice place, food was lovely"

Beautiful location and house and gardens kept very well

Driveway is very dark at night time. Also on departing felt very rushed to leave despite us leaving before check out time, this really spoilt the stay as would have gone again if this hadnt have happened.
