Friendly host and excellent facilities

Large comfortable room, all amenities necessary, including a hair dryer, plenty of sockets to charge things. Friendly and helpful hostess. Quiet and picturesque location. Breakfast in the Summer House was magnificent.

The place was wonderful. The gardens were beautiful and charming. Breakfast in the gazebo was fantastic-- great food, fantastic surroundings-- who could want anything more!

Nothing comes to mind

Everything was perfect: Marion is a gentle and attentive hostess, she gave us very clear information to reach the place, a cozy b&b, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The breakfast (we tried English and continental breakfast) was homemade and it was delicious! We could eat in a marvelous pavilion in the garden. She gave us advises about a very good restaurant on our way to Glencoe.

We had a wonderful stay with Marian and her mother. They both were so friendly. The breakfast was very Scottish and a lot of variety. The view out of the back door is gorgeous, with sheep roaming around in the fields all around and mountains far down in the distance!

Liked it all

Marion is the perfect host! The welcome was very warm, the location is situated beautifully remote (that's why I had trouble finding it...). The bed was very comfortable, breakfast in the garden hut was a beautiful surprise. Thank you very much, dear Marion, for an unforgettable stay at your beautiful house.

Finding the place was difficult for me. The SatNav in the car directed me to the wrong place (on the basis of the post code). But maybe that was just me. ;-)

Marion and Janet's hospitality was incredibly warm and generous. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They helped us overcome a little challenge we had with some packing we'd left at home, in an amazingly kind way - it's the kind of hospitality and attention to detail you do not often encounter. Breakfast in the little garden house was lovely. Views of Ben Lomond from the garden were an unexpected bonus. Just wish we'd bought a bottle of wine so we could sit down and soak it all in.

Nothing could have been better. Some reviews moan about the shower being shared and down the hall, but that's not really fair as all this is made clear in the booking information and other reviews, so you know this is the deal and it's no problem.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot, tasty & plentiful.

Was just a little tricky to find but I'll know exaclty where it is next time.
