"9.30 curfew"

Breakfast on the patio

Being told we would be locked out at 9.30pm Nothing fried for breakfast as it makes too much mess. Cobwebs and the scary manakin head looking down from the wardrobe.

"Characterful sleepover while travelling north."

A lovely house and garden, discreetly tucked in amongst mature trees off a winding country road. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a sitting area, mini fridge and drink station and lots of books to browse. We enjoyed a walk to a pub in the delightful village for an evening meal before retiring to our very comfortable bed. Breakfast (vegetarian) next morning was delicious and we even spent a while putting the world to rights with our thoughtful hostess.

No negatives to report.
