Very warm and comfortable, amazing having our own living / dining room to relax. Maryann was so friendly and an exceptional host. The breakfast laid out for us each morning was a real treat.

Homely touches - throw blankets draped over a sofa; cushions in warm colours & rugs that soften floors and add warmth. Thank you to our host.

It was beautiful! What a stunning little b’n’b. We were welcomed warmly, shown around, and then allowed to just relax. It’s a wonderful little place to stay highly recommend.

Location was great. Home is a lovely old house circa 1915. Quiet residential area near river and park. Secure off street parking. Hosts were lovely. Breakfast was beautifully presented. Freshly made fruit salad accompanied cereal and yogurt toast and a selection of jams and marmalades. Very good plunger coffee. Dietary needs were accommodated ( if you have any be fair and give hosts advance notice).

Maryann provided a delicious breakfast of fresh fruits as well as a wide choice of cereals, toast of your choosing plus a variety of spreads. and hot drinks. The location is ideal as well as being in a beautiful garden setting with native bird life.

Warm, friendly personal service. Comfortable stay in spacious accommodation. We also enjoyed the garden and a soak in the lovely bath.

Very spacious, with living area, bedroom and gorgeous bathroom all to ourselves. Really friendly hosts, with everything you need, and tasty home made cookies a bonus! Breakfast was really good and plenty to eat, with cereals, toast, fruit salad, yogurts. Great location!
