Facilities are superb.

The office staff were disorganised and created a lot of confusion around the booking. I was unable to reach them on the telephone prior to arrival and they were not present at check out. They gave me keys to the wrong room twice.

Very nice and charming place with beautiful garden and excellent breakfast. Most but not all staff were very friendly and helpful

check in procedure was disappointing with staff on site asleep (at 5PM) and after waking her up not even trying to be helpful/friendly...

The staff was a real pleasure to work with (Britney). Always accommodating, helpful and pleasant. The place was clean, contained all the essentials to make one's stay very comfortable. Breakfast was splendid, the variety of options plentiful and very filling. Francis in the kitchen is exceptional. The gardens around the house is something special indeed. Beautiful, well kept with pastel flowers to colour your day. Room size is good. Contains all the necessities to make life easy. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding adequate to our requirements. Highly recommended

The floor is a bit creaky, but being an old Victorian establishment it's to be expected.
