"Perfect Peak District stay"

Great location close to everything in Castleton with great view of Peverill Castle and Mam Tor. Parking on site always a bonus. Nice sized room. Comfortable bed and really good shower. Nice little 10% discount in the bar too.

Option of breakfast would have been ideal, but in saying that there are plenty of places close by

Location very good, comfortable room, potential of an excellent view.

Nothing really - I like it! Some people might not like the beam in the top room, and the infirm might dislike the steep stairs. Perhaps a touch pricey.

Lisa and her team were so accommodating to our requests. The room was so nice and clean with amazing views of the Castle and Mam Tor! We had the best time - can’t wait to come again!

"Overall excellent but there were a couple of easy improvements that could be made."

Views from room were excellent. Had everything we needed. Very nice breakfast.

They said breakfast was at 8.30am but it was later both of the days we were there and and there was a queue of guests waiting in the corridor til they opened the door. They played Heart Dance radio station at breakfast and it not wasn't relaxing listening to a mixture of crappy old dance music and adverts (far from it). The toilet brush was gross.
