The Thikana Heritage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thikana. The service was excellent, the location super (short walk to the fort and clock tower) and the building fabulous. So much history! We highly recommend a stay at Thikana

Beautiful building

On the roof top were only very hard chairs. You can put some flowers and make it more attractive.

In general terms I liked the hotel. It has a good location: It is located within the blue city in Jodphur. The view is spectacular, you can see the Mehrangarh Fort.

Its ok

Good Service and very elegant rooms. The food was tasty. The view from the terrace is amazing true feel of jodhpur city. The connectivity is good for Blue heaven( navchokiya) and other city attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy. You can explore the real city.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, both inside and out! It really feels like stepping into a castle. The rooms are super spacious—ours even had a third-person bed you could reach by going up some cute little internal stairs. They also offer dinner, and let me tell you, their homemade Indian food is incredible. We loved it so much, we ordered it two nights in a row!

The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, and there were some unique neighborhood sounds like dogs having a bit of a tussle, bursts of loud music, and the occasional religious ceremony. But honestly, none of that could take away from our overall positive experience!

The place doesn’t have parking, the vehicle can not reach to the hotel, you have to pick up your own luggage n climb the narrow stairs if you are allotted the top floor room, staircase are very dangerous, place is very poorly lit. We reached late in the night which was told to owner but they didn’t care to provide us food at that hour, there were 2 kids with us. One fell sick the next day so we asked owners to give some food as the kid had to take medicine. They refused saying that the order had to be placed previous night. Overall the price they charged was of 5 star n service provided was of lodge

The old architectural building truly resembles the name "Heritage". The building is a couple of centuries old and will fascinate someone who is interested in history.

The property is totally authentic and a wonderful piece of Jodhpur’s history

It was great for us but you definitely need to be comfortable with climbing stairs!

Incredible old building if you are into that sort of thing like us, do not expect luxury. Very nice lights in the rooms. Great location. Amazing views from the rooftop and good food for dinner. They also have beer which was a big plus.

Temples outside are very loud and there is zero noise cancellation from outside in the rooms. Breakfast was not great. Also not allowed to have any food in the room even when my girlfriend had a food poisoning and could only stay in bed.
