"Location and room standard was very good. Just let down by a very frustrating check-in experience."

Location and room was very good

Check in experience was poor. Spent more than an hour prior to check-in trying to connect to their online payment platform for the 2 Euro Tourist Tax. It was extremely frustrating and a waste of good time.

Emplacement

Accès avec des marches très hautes et raides avec des valises - c’est réellement un problème l’accès. La porte coulissante de la douche se déboîte du rail supérieur (heureusement que je suis bricoleur pour la refixer)

Quarto muito pequeno ,não tem Nem como abrir uma mala,geladeirinha pequena e não gela nada ,ao alugar apt devido as fotos colocadas ,da a entender que o quarto tem uma cozinha e uma varanda q é o chamativo do apt ,q seria essa sacada com vista p catedral mas na verdade essa seria uma suíte ,o q não Fica muito Claro no anúncio . Banheiro transparente ,o q acho Particularmente desagradável . Escada super íngreme ,o q seria problema p Pessoas idosas . Enfim,realmente eu esperava mais .

Very good location with a view of the cathedral square, very clean, bright, a great place to stay right in the heart of the tourist center.

The rooftop, which was the reason I chose this place, was not accessible for my room, even though from the photos it looked like a shared space.

La posizione era bellissima, nella piazzetta della cattedrale, molto suggestivo di sera e mattina presto. È l'ideale per girare il centro storico. La camera super pulita!

La camera è molto piccola, pur avendo tutto il necessario crediamo vada bene per una notte massimo due ma oltre diventa complicato. Il bagno è molto carino ma la doccia è a vista e potrebbe non andare bene a tutti. Non era specificato in descrizione, io e la mia amica siamo abbastanza confidenti ma per qualcuno può essere disagevole.
