Romance in Ella

The place is super cool and comfy. Its as beautiful as seen in the pictures. View from the place is absolutely stunning. Perfect getaway from busy life. The owner is very helpful. He was even willing to help us with the arrangements for traveling. The breakfast was delicious. We loved each and every detail of the place.

The most extraordinary views and location in the jungle! We were absolutely blown away by this place. So unique - it felt like we were floating in the clouds!

The view is amazing, the best we had in Sri Lanka. The owner is very helpful, he drove us with his tuk-tuk to some places. The breakfast is served in the room so you can enjoy the perfect view.

AC is necessary, there is a fan but it's not enough, because the night falls at 18h and you have to close the doors and windows so the incests and animals don't come in. Also a lot of tiny animals in the bathroom, it is a jungle but some net on the window would be nice ☺️

The best view ever, period. The place looks over farms, the railroad, and a little waterfall which gives it a spectacular view. The room was clean, but since it is very close to the nature you get occasional lizards and small frogs in the bathroom. So if you particularly dislike small animals, reconsider. The breakfast was nice and the tea they have served with it was very delicious. Bring mosquito spray if you want to enjoy the room at its fullest.

The bathroom had close to zero privacy. Better to take showers when the sun goes down :)

The panoramic view with the waterfall in the background is breath-taking along with the morning view. The owner was really helpful, he offered us lunchboxes as we had to leave early in the morning and he also carried our bags to our driver with a few minutes tuk-tuk ride. Bathroom looked also on the valley and it had a balcony.

I can not really mention anything.

The whole interior is beautifully decorated. Probably the best in Ella, sitting out in the hammock overlooking the jungle was so relaxing. The host was lovely, very helpful and happy to take us around in his TukTuk for a reasonable fee. Home cooked breakfast was different each day and really tasty.

As a lot of the previous reviews have mentioned you will be sharing with a few geckos/snails in the shower area. Nothing more than this and it didn’t affect us at all, I guess it’s to be expected in the middle of the trees!
