Sigiriya Free View Tree House & Villa

The hosts are very kind and made sure we had a great time :) The Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety! I would always stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at this house. We chose the Villa to have an AC in the room. In the evening we got a delicious meal from the owners wife. Thanks for our nice stay. Sadly we already had been to a Safari and wanted to move up north. I'm sure it's a good place to make an elephant-safari there.

Ronan and his family were excellent hosts, anything we needed they were able to accommodate, would highly reccomend staying here. Food was excellent. Great place to stay.

A really nice family! We have eaten the best rice and curry here and Rohan is the best guide in the search of elephants. He will do anything for the best place nearby the elephants. The place is nearby the Main Street with other bars, restaurants and cafe’s. But you must eat here at least one night! Don’t fall for the Elephant riding scam in Sigiriya city.

The hosts were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The breakfast was brilliant. We are half way through our Sri Lanka adventure and it is going to be very hard to top the safari experience provided to us by Rohan. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, friendly and so helpful in suggesting options to enjoy our stay in Sigiriya. The room was comfortable, spacious with a private bathroom. We especially enjoyed our private terrace where were able to enjoy breakfasts every morning. The home cooked Sri Lanka breakfast by Prasadi was delicious with lots of variation. We had dinner there one night and wished we had another night as well! Rohan was very helpful when organising all of the activities we wanted to do in Sigiriya. In particular he ran his own private elephant safari for us which was well worth the money as we saw lots of wild elephants in the national park and he was very knowledgeable.

Excellent owners that help with everything. Very beautiful location (with cheeky monkeys around 🐵). Decent size room in the villa with two comfortable beds. Available hairdryer in the room. Oh, and having a conditioner is great with this hot weather. Also, there is a nice terrace with a table. And the price was really good. And they have decent rooms for drivers.

The only thing which could have been improved is the bathroom (the walls may be refreshed and this would give a very neat look). And in the ideal world, having a socket around the mirror would be great (for when you need to use the hairdryer).
