"Convenient, comfortable BnB walkable to Main Street with made to order breakfast."

Owners were very nice and personable. Breakfast was made to order based on selection the day before. It was very good. Plenty of coffee options from drip to lattes. Walkable to Main Street in Cooperstown.

"Perfect location , Gourmet breakfast, Great Hosts, Comfortable Rooms"

The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect and the hosts welcomed us warmly The dog greeter ( I can’t remember his name ) was a bonus. My husband saw a deer while having coffee on the front porch. Other guest were respectful and interesting to talk to at breakfast. Overall, I would highly recommend

"We had a great week and if you are a B & B fan this place is perfect."

The hosts of the property were very accommodating. They made sure I was taken care of at every turn even when a delayed flight had us arriving at 2am. Breakfast was great and the location perfect for visiting downtown and getting to little league fields.

WiFi needed help but hosts even asked about it so they could make improvements.

It was very comfortable and worked perfectly for our needs. We also had a very delicious breakfast with eggs from their chickens.
