The house was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Good location, close to the Niagara Falls Park. Kim was friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Kim was very sweet great location…property needs to some TLC and updates. Antiques are great but the fake flowers ivy etc 😬

Some water leak stains on ceiling and walls…I love the house and the history but needs some work.

"Comfortable and homey, with a short walk to food, downtown, and the Falls."

Location was good for what we were looking for. Free parking at the property, and walking distance to Old Falls Street and the park. The breakfast was good - homemade and filling.

Parking is in the rear, but need to enter through the front, making it a longer walk when bringing in (and out) our luggage.

The house was beautiful. Kim was so attentive and kind. The rooms were very comfortable and our breakfast was delicious!
