"A 2 night happily memorable birthday celebration"

The hosts at this B & B are amazing and couldn’t do more to make the stay a fabulous one. We slept like logs, ate like royalty and the generosity of the owners was unprecedented in our experience. Its proximity to York by bus or train is a major asset. We ate at The White Horse pub next door and this too was a fabulous experience. We love it here.

Highly recommend. Warm and welcoming hosts. Superb food and very comfortable. A beautiful garden to sit in and enjoy. One of the best B&Bs we have EVER stayed in.

Homemade ingredients for breakfast including sausages and blueberries. Room spotless as was shower room. Lovely homemade cake served in afternoon on return. Beautiful garden and furniture to sit, read and relax. Hosts could not do enough for you.
