Palazzo Maggiore

The location was great with easy access to the shops and restaurants and only a short walk from the train station. The host was charming and full of information and tips to make the stay a really pleasant one. The room was large and there was a separate lounge and dining area and a terrace.

Logies in prachtig 18de-eeuws privéhuis met super sympathieke eigenaars. Je krijgt een prachtige, met smaak ingerichte suite op het gelijkvloers. Op wandelafstand van Villa d'Este en Villa Gregoriana. Lekker Italiaans ontbijt op prachtig privé-terras omgeven door tropisch terras. De eigenaar slooft zich uit om je wegwijs te maken in Tivoli en staat garant voor meerdere gezellige babbels. Absolute aanrader.

Accueil chaleureux, hôte féru d'histoire et très intéressant, emplacement centralissime dans un bâtiment historique, très bon petit déjeuner en terrasse, logement vaste et esthétique

The property is beautiful and located in a very convenient spot. It is a short walk from Tivoli Station and Villa d'Este, and it’s easy to take bus to Villa Adriana. The hosts are friendly, and they serve breakfast in their beautiful balcony. The stay provides a quiet, calm place to relax after dealing with the crowds in Rome.

Kamers is groot in een authentiek palazzo in het oude hart van Tivoli. Bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand, Villa d'Este, Villa Gregiriana 10 min lopen. En met de bus in 15 min bij Villa Hadriana. Ook de restaurants en koffiebars op loopafstand. De hostes is vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.

Bij wat minder weer voelt de kamer wat klam aan. Maar dat heeft ons verblijf niet beïnvloed.

La amabilidad de Marco, nos recibió con mucho afecto, nos explicó los puntos de interés de Tivoli, y la forma de manejarnos en la ciudad. Muy buen anfitrión, atento a nuestros horarios para traer el desayuno. Nos dejó quedarnos un rato más luego del check-out sin cobrarnos nada más!

Tal vez necesite algo de mantenimiento (enchufes, wifi con más alcance), pero prevalece la buena atención y la ubicación del lugar.

Great location and a beautiful property, just a short walk away from Tivoli Station and the stunningly beautiful Villa d'Este. Not far from the bus stop for the Roman ruins of Villa Adriana, either. Really friendly and kind hosts, and a delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed and a good shower too. An oasis of calm, especially when coming back from the crowds in Rome!

Wi-Fi/signal in the room kept dropping - maybe out something in the room that's directly across from the entrance to strengthen the signal?

Contact with the hosts prior to arrival were easy and helpful. The property was in a great location, very central but still quiet. The apartment had real character with exposed beams and brickwork. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was varied and good. It was served in your own apartment which was nice. The shower/ father made you feel like you were in a roman villa. The hosts were both friendly and helpful. Tivoli is a lovely place to visit for a couple of days and palazzo magiore is a good choice.

Due to the thick walls the wifi was only strong in the sitting room but that is a minor thing.
