Residenza Rubbiani - Fermata Fiera e Rizzoli

i was one week in bologna due the fair of Cersaie the most importan ceramic tile Fair and the location was great you have so many things near and piazza Maggiore on a few minutes. Imma and Eduardo were great always at disposal to help. actually they even help me to laundry my clothes witch I appreciate so much... defetnly I will be back next year and stay at their place again...

The residence is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk from the center, close to some excellent gelaterias, and located in an extremely quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room is impeccable, and there's an elevator for those with a lot of luggage. Imma, the owner, is an incredibly kind, organized and welcoming person. It was a wonderful experience staying at this residence. Additionally, given the price offered, it's a true gem. I recommend it to everyone!

Nothing to criticize at all.

The owner, Imma, was fabulous - friendly, responsivee and extremely helpful. It felt like having an Italian mamma to take care of me! Location is fantastic - walking distance to the centre with plenty of restaurants nearby, yet quiet at night (my room faced away from the street). Building is very traditional - if you want to feel like you're staying in an authentic Bolognese apartment, this is a good choice.

This wasn't an issue for me, but just so you know, there is no A/C (see above for the authentic old building charm!). Even in Sept the outside temperature was 28C and 25C in my room. A small fan made it fine to sleep, but in summer I would look for somewhere with A/C Wifi in my room was rather slow (I was furthest from the router in the hallway - so other rooms were probably fine). This was my own misunderstanding, but just so you know - I thought from reading other reviews that there was breakfast available, but there is not (but several bakeries close by, you will have a happy morning tummy!) A small kettle would have been appreciated so I could have made tea.

I had a wonderful stay at Residenza Rubbiani. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and providing great local tips. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Charming, huge room on the second floor with a lot of character and balcony. Family were charming and very helpful. Had a lovely big shared bathroom all to ourselves.

I arrived very late due to delayed flight (after 12pm local time) and all the way through Imma eas in contact through whatsapp telling me not to worry and that she is waiting. Her husband even called me as i arrived in the taxi, to check all was ok. The room was spacious, clean and had water and sweets provided. The pillows thick and comfortable to sleep on and a fan provided for comfort in the muggy heat. This is one of the best stays ive ever had anywhere and the hosts are so friendly and willing to help, so i would definitely reccomend anyone stay here. The location was a short walk into the city centre (approx 10min)
