Imma and Roberto were great hosts! My stay was very pleasant, I can heartily recommend their place for a trip!

Imma was a great host, very communicative and helpful -- I especially appreciated that she sourced a kettle and a fan when I asked for it. Also, the room is quiet and the location is great, if I were staying in Bologna for a couple months I would choose that area.

The shared bathroom is only shared between 2 rooms, which is nice, but on the other had there is only one of them, so if the other person is using it you have to wait.

The location while located in a quiet part of the city, was still extremely close to the city centre. Allowing you easy access to the heart of the city while allowing for a good night's rest. The host was also extremely nice and greets you when checking in and helps to ensure that you are set up well and even has a list of eateries in the city that she recommends. Overall a very nice place to stay!

The theme rooms were great, nicely appointed and comfortable.

It was noisy at night - with no AC we had the window open and us country folk aren’t used to all the city noise.

The location is in easy walking distance of the centre of Bologna. Imma, the owner is delightful and helpful. Imma communicated with me using Google Translate as my Italian language was about the same level as her English language. It worked very well. After showing the guest the room Imma does not intrude however she is always on hand if you need anything. After I had a fall in the city Imma considerately gave me a compression bandage for my injured knee and was checking up on me regularly. When I travel I like to engage with the local people as it is a different and better experience than staying in a big hotel.

Imma was an absolutely wonderful host, she sent me detailed instructions for using public transport as well as taxi to get to the hotel and made me feel so welcome ❤️ She also let me know ahead of time about the marathon and sent more detailed instructions on how to get to the airport yo avoid delays, I would definitely return to stay here! Cico was also a pleasant surprise, cutest little resident dog 🥰

The hosts were really nice and recomended good Restaurants. The appartement was proper, nice situated and close to the center. We would absolutely come back. :)
