"Outstanding Cornish b and b!"

Wonderful b and b well located close to the centre of Bodmin. Charming character property with lovely fixtures and fittings and a homely, cosy feel.Colin and Sarah are amazing hosts. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about Bodmin and the surrounding region. Rooms are a good size and ours had a smart en suite shower room. The heating system is excellent and kept us warm and cosy even in a chilly mid October. Breakfast is first class and well presented. This was our second time at Roscrea and we loved it. One of the best b and b's we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

Historic townhouse and lovely room. Very nice hosts and delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Bodmin.

Very friendly owners who worked hard to make our stay great. Great breakfast Central location. Parking was nearby.

Unloading was tricky as location was on a busy narrow road. Bodmin is an old town with narrow streets.

"Ideal place to stay when touring around Cornwall"

Near to my family and local activities such as Bodmin Jail. Home made bread and a lovely breakfast very friendly my second stay one of the best B&B l stayed in Bodmin.
