Jack, was very attentive, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were well equipped and beautiful and the lounge was full of character and close to the dining area so we made use of this area on several occasions.

Comfortable room and generous en-suite shower room in lovely period property. Good breakfast choices. Friendly and accommodating host - nothing was too much trouble. North Norfolk is exceptionally clean!

Spacious room which was spotlessly clean. . Bed was comfy and there was a good selection of drink options in the room. Breakfast cooked to order and was delicious! Owner was welcoming and helpful but unintrusive.

Extremely comfortable room. Excellent bed with quality bed linen. Tea, real coffee plus biscuits provided. Our breakfast was extremely generous with quality local ingredients which were beautifully cooked & presented.
