Loch Vista Bed & Breakfast

I like the host Phil. Very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The bedroom was very small, did not have a wardrobe to hang clothes light was very poor. It did not feel as a very welcoming space.

Isolated and quiet.

Great location with amazing lake and mountain views. Bedroom has a view of the lake and was warm with a very comfortable bed and a nice ensuite. Continental breakfast provided was tasty with very good plunger filter coffee. Our host Phil was knowledgeable and informative about the area and a pleasure to chat with.

There was nothing not to like about the place.

Phil was a very gracious host. Lovely views of the lake from the property. As it is situated just north of town, it is convenient to leave to go to Milford Sound

Phil gave us such warm hospitality, recommended nice places along Te Anau and Milford Sound stretch. He even offered us to feed his pet sheep! We got lucky that the sky was very clear the night we stayed and we got to stargaze.

Our host Phil was welcoming. View spectacular over the lake and mountains. Breakfast light but enough to get you ready for the day.

The best part of our stay was our host, Phil! Do welcoming and warm and did everything he could to ensure a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The company was engaging. The room was clean and very comfortable. And Chubby, the pet sheep, was adorable. Thank-you Phil for a wonderful visit to your gorgeous home!
