DO NOT GO THERE! When I first booked my room I never received an email from the owner (unlike every other booking I've ever done), I thought nothing of it at first. Unfortunately a few days before my arrival I noticed that this establishment had gotten so many bad reviews that I got scared. I have a lot of allergies so I always pick clean hotels or inns. This was not the case of this establishment. Unfortunately it was too late to cancel and get my money back. I contacted booking.com to get a reimbursement based on a medical problem. I first contacted them on the app (which is an AI) and they said an email was sent to the owner so that I could get my money back even though the free cancelation period had passed. I had no response but I expected this since I had never gotten an email from the owner in the first place. The day before my booking I called booking.com, the man I talked to told me not to worry that he would do everything he could to either get my money back or, if we didn't get an answer from the owner, to find us another hotel so that we wouldn't sleep in our car. We were supposed to have a solution by 3pm the day of the check in. The day of the check in at 5pm we still hadn't gotten any help. We decided to go see the establishment anyway. It was, as we expected awful and dirty and we couldn't stay there. We called booking.com again to have some help. We waited 25 minutes only for them to hang up on us. We waited until 6pm in our car for booking.com to contact us with no luck. We ended up getting really cold and tired of waiting so we decided to book another hotel ourselves almost an hour away from where we were (finding a hotel available in our prices that accepts dogs is not easy when it's for the same day). When we got to the new hotel we called booking.

Little run down in places so needs some love but its all in all a good spot.
