Sadly not have the breakfast but did have evening meal which was great. Location was great for us as we were going to Badminton horsetrials.

The room was a little 'tired'.

Friendly locals. Convenient location for our stay. Good food.

Incredibly uncomfortable sofa bed in the twin room. (2 single beds featured on website) Very tired bathroom. Annoyingly bright emergency night light in the room. Property generally dirty, tired and run down.

Nice to have a decent sized room with a sofa. also nice to have option of fresh fruit at breakfast and option for smaller portion of cooked breakfast

Beautiful property. Room big, clean and everything you need. Staff very friendly. English breakfast delicious!

Location out in the countryside so you need a car.

The communication with the property was good as we got delayed, the breakfast was a good size and well presented.

The Banbury room was tired and in need of a refresh. The carpet in the bedroom / sitting area was stained. The mattress on the bed was old so it meant we rolled towards the centre, the sheets were grey so didn't make it feel very fresh and clean. There was an overpowering smell of air freshener in the room, whenever the wind blew outside the curtains moved and you could feel a draft blowing in your face when you were laying in bed. The bathroom has suffered from a leak at some point, the lino was stained, the skirting boards are water damaged at the joint with the floor. The tiles in the shower need new grout and the shower cubicle needs resealing.
