I knew from the reviews this place would be wonderful, but it continued to exceed expectations! Roberta is not only a phenomenal host and tour guide of THE ENTIRE ISLAND, but also has the kindest heart and is thoughtful about every detail of the stay. The beds have down mattress covers and are SO comfortable! The balconies have SPECTACULAR views of the city! Very walkable location, also close to public transport. Lovely breakfast that she describes every morning. Absolutely love this place and will be back to Sardinia just for Roberta and the 11th floor suits!!!

Wo fange ich an? Gleich der erste schriftliche Kontakt mit Roberta war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft gab sie uns eine Übersicht über Cagliari von Balkon und Tipps, was man sich ansehen kann, welche Ausflüge man machen kann, sowohl in Cagliari als auch außerhalb. Die Altstadt ist in 20 min fußläufig erreichbar, so auch das Hafenviertel. Sie kennt und liebt sowohl ihre Stadt als auch ihr Land, und das merkt man :-) Das Zimmer selbst ist super stimmig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Bad steht auch eine zB eine Zahnbürste bereit und es gibt auch Handtücher für den Strand. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert und bietet eine schöne Sicht auf die Stadt. Das Frühstück war wie auch schon von anderen erwähnt ein Wahnsinn. Sie holt frisches Gebäck von der Bäckerei im Haus, es gibt auch Pikantes (Omlette, Schinken, Käse, Tomaten) und auch hier steckt wieder die Leidenschaft zum eigenen Land drin, indem sie typisch sardische Spezialitäten serviert. Es gab auch noch ein kleines Tischchen mit Bananen, Getränken und Keksen, auf die wir für einen Ausflug dankend zugegriffen haben. Vielen Dank Roberta, wir kommen sicher wieder! 🤗

Allt med detta boende var 10 av 10. Värdinnan var fantastiskt trevlig och kom med så goda råd. Bekvämligheten i lägenheten var full poäng. Rent och doftade ljuvligt. Rekommenderas varmt.

We already knew from previous reviews that it was going to be something special but the reality exceeded our expectations. It was an experience in every aspect, from the facilities, which are very personal but elaborated in every detail, to the excellent breakfast that Roberta and her husband prepared every morning and it is truly a gastronomic experience. The beds are super comfortable, the balcony has a wonderful view of the old town and the sea. The apartment was fully equipped in a way that I have not experienced anywhere else ... in the bathroom there was even a toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash for everyone, there was also a fridge filled with various drinks ... coffee, fruit, biscuits available in the dining room ... umbrellas available as well as sun loungers and so on ... unbelievably made-up! Roberta was very kind, smart and helpful with advice on visiting the area, restaurants or excursions. We slept there for 4 nights but would have preferred to stay there more. We will definitely remember this accommodation forever ... also, or especially thanks to Roberta.

Everything, probably the best place we stayed anywhere. Roberta is the best host, she made us feel at home. The appartment is spotless and located in the best position in Cagliari. If we returned, this would be the only place to stay.

The whole experience was exceptional and unique. To feel south sardinia and cagliari it is wonderful choice. We feel at home and we got all the help, all the information we need.

The photos do not do this place justice! The floor is absolutely beautiful, and the decor throughout is stunning. The attention to detail is amazing with a fridge full of complimentary drinks in the room, as well as toothbrushes, Mouthwash and vanity kits should you forget yours. Above all, Roberta is the most amazing host and provides a very filling and diverse breakfast every single morning, as well as wonderful recommendations for food, drink, beaches and travel around the city. She very much makes this place a home away from home for you, and is so warm, kind and helpful. Would not hesitate to book here again - a total gem in this wonderful city!
