"You get what you pay for"

The bed was comfortable and the room warm. The shower worked well but we couldn't get any hot water in the sink. The kettle was good but the choice of teas and coffees was very limited [and no biscuits]. The TV had lots of channel choice options

There was no hot water in the the tap, no-one to meet & greet although entrance instructions were quite clear. The choice of teas & coffees in the room was very limited

There was no hot water in the sink used for washing hands. The radiator in the bathroom wasn’t working. There was no sugar provided.

"Not a great stay!"

The location was perfect for the wedding we attended.

Firstly, we opened our room door with the key for the room allocated via email, only to find 2 people lying on the beds. We both got huge shocks! Rooms had obviously been allocated incorrectly. Next thing was I cut my hand on a screw sticking out of the bathroom door. Thirdly, the room was freezing cold, we tried all ways to work the radiator without success. By the time we got back from the wedding (after midnight) the room was baltic. Finally, we decided to leave at 8am due to being so cold, however, when I put my baseball boots back on they were damp inside and out due to the room being cold. The carpet and furniture alongside the window wall were wet.

Old and dated, with no WiFi, no light cover on the bathroom light, towel radiator wasn’t working, towels were very poor quality, no food available
