Ruth and Tony was lovely host's, Ruth's breakfast's was perfection! Their life stories was amazing, thank you. Location into Whitby was perfection. The quirky stair's got your step's in 😂🥹🥰

I agree with the other reviews, this place is like a home from home. The location is ideal with added parking and Ruth and Tony cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, the room clean and cosy and the bathroom had a great shower. We'd definitely stay again.

It was a warm friendly home from home,

The location was perfect

Breakfast arrangement was uncomfortable and awkward as was in the hosts front room and they were sat wit you along with their dogs Too much clutter and ornaments lying about made the place feel dirty and untidy . The mattress was sloping and made sleeping difficult. Too much furniture in room. Tea and coffee facilities didn’t feel hygienic as just jars/tins with coffee and teabags what everyone had handled

Ruth and Tony are lovely hosts, we really enjoyed our stay. yes you do share there dinning table, but it's like having breakfast with friends. Great location, lovely view from room, which was spotless. Thank you both

There are a few stairs to climb, but if you take your time it's fine.
