Everything. I had a really sore back before we arrived and sandra showed me the lift and also brought breakfast up to the room both mornings because I couldn't get down stairs. They were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

Only the shower pressure but I am completely spoiled at home with a very powerful shower.

Beautiful property. Wonderful owners - right amount of friendly. Clean room. Great communication. Have stayed in many branded 5 star, chains, would recommend this experience over that option every time.

Sandra and Doug - the owners- were very gracious hosts. We enjoyed their company and they gave us great tips for the Auckland area. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation, lots of attention to detail. Our room was extremely comfortable, furnished to a very high standard and it was spotless. Our room had a view of the Sky Tower and the harbour and we were able to walk to the city centre which was a real bonus. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Our hosts were very welcoming and were very informative about restaurants and places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.
