We loved the location, close to our destination. The host is lovely and made our breakfast earlier for us. It's not a 5* hotel but the bed was comfortable enough for us to rest and recover.

It could be a little cleaner but other than that good value for money.

"Cosy, quiet and quirky rural retreat."

Lovely, quiet, rural location with delightful views over local countryside and the hills beyond. Charming, friendly hostess who made us very welcome and was keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Hearty breakfast, clean room and excellent shower. Plenty of secure free parking.

Access is via a long, narrow, single-track lane which is very bumpy and overgrown in places.
