The Wanderlust Guest House & Safari

Loved the overall cleanliness, ambience. Good location. Very close to the fort and Gadisar lake. The terrace is beautiful and perfect spot to hangout and have some tea and snacks or drink even. The deluxe king room is amazing, with old haveli styled windows. The washrooms are spacious and clean as well.

The moment you step inside, the reception room wall is full of notices of what you can't do inside the hotel and that's terribly off putting. You can't have alcohol inside the rooms, but you can have it on the terrace. You have to keep your voice down. You are supposed to keep your shoes outside the room. This information was not mentioned in the booking.com website.

The location was quite reachable and the owner was very polite.

The rooms are very small however the bathroom was quite big. The restaurant food was good however prices were quite high compared to good restaurants in the town.

Room was comfortabel and clean, shower was warm! We arrived in the middle of the night and we could check-in and we even had a pick-up arranged from the train station. Loved the dessert safari that they offered. We were very lazy so we mostly relaxed in the common area. Owner was super nice about and let us stay even after check-out! Would definitely recommend this place

The best place I stayed in during my 2 week trip to Rajasthan. Beautiful interiors, absolutely delicious food (we ended up eating all meals here as it was so good!) and a lovely, peaceful rooftop cafe. What makes this place so special, though, is Padam, the owner - the most chill guy who organised us an overnight camel safari which was the highlight of the trip for all of us. Totally remote and no other tourists, sleeping under the stars. 10/10 would recommend !!

Padam was welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Great views of the fort from the rooftop terrace restraunt. We booked a camel safari through Padam, and it was a highlight of our trip. English speaking guides, delicious dinner, and cosy bed under the stars.

The location is very good. Rooms are beautiful. Neat and clean. You can see the jaisalmer fort from top floor.

They don't have private parking but there is enough space close to them where we parked the car

Wanderlust Haveli in Jaisalmer was the highlight of our trip. The spacious, clean room, beautiful rooftop with sun and shade options, and fantastic kitchen serving delicious food at great prices made our stay so enjoyable. Located on the cleanest street in the city, it’s ideal for exploring Jaisalmer. The camel safari they organized was incredible—by far the best we’ve ever done. We were taken to a peaceful, non-touristy desert spot, enjoyed delicious food cooked over a fire, and had an authentic, unforgettable experience. Padam, the owner, was amazing—he went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and even helped us sort out our bus plans when we were stressed. If you’re visiting Jaisalmer, stay at Wanderlust Haveli. It’s a gem!

the roof terrace which was really comfortable with lovely seating areas. padam organised an overnight camel safari for us which was fantastic fun. the staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooftop bar/restaurant has very comfortable seats to relax with a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The best aspect was our host/other staff, who was extremely helpful from arranging nice food, trip to the desert to help with small practical things. Perfect stay and very good value!
