Garrison Farm with Hot Tub

Bellissimo posto dove soggiornare. La stanza si trova in una fattoria (sono solo due stanze) in posizione isolata. Luogo immerso nella natura ed estremamente silenzioso. L'alloggio è spazioso, divano e letto molto comodi, come anche la cucinetta e il tavolo da pranzo. Saremmo rimasti volentieri una notte in più!

The bed was very comfortable.

I booked this property because my friend and I were walking the West Highland Way. However it is 1.5 miles off the trail and at the top of a hill! Not good after a long day walking. When we arrived it took us a while, 15 mins, to locate the owner... She gave us the code for the room door, pointing to where we needed to go. We asked about milk for tea, Kelly said it was in the fridge in the room. The milk was sour, my friend asked for it replacing, it sour again, she gave us the remainder of her carton. Again sour and even worse, out of date! I know its only milk but when you have paid £160 a night you expect to have the basics. We didn't use the hot tub. By the time we got sorted we just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was not included, it could be ordered but the cost was high. Neither was a lift back down the hill to join the way. Kelly informed us, 'well you're walkers, Im sure walking down the hill won't be too hard.' There was also no plug for the bathroom sink and the shower didn't drain properly. When I looked under the sink to see if it was there. There was a container catching water from a leak!

The location

No early breakfast options for walkers, cero personal involment. For the money paid very average.

The location was lovely, immersed in nature and lakes

The animals were not visible, it seems not to be in a farm, but more in a standard country house.
