"Beautiful island escape with all the niceties"

I had the most wonderful time on Heir Island. Not only is the island breathtakingly gorgeous, Claudia and Craig did an outstanding job making me feel welcome. My room and ensuite bathroom were spacious, modern and perfect for what I needed.

"Heir Island House a gem of a place to stay and a beautiful Island to discover."

Heir Island is a gem, Heir Island House is lovely, super cosy bedrooms and lovely shower, Claudia and Craig are lovely hosts. The food was lovely and great to get Lunch and dinner in the house. The hosts went out of their way to collect us from the ferry and drop our bags back down.

A home away from home. Couldn't have been looked after better by Claudia and Craig. Hehir also is beautiful and great to explore. We spent a morning kayaking to nearby island. Highly recommend staying here!

"Friendly and comfy stay on beautiful little island"

Claudia and Craig are excellent hosts and I felt very at home there with them and their adorable 7month old Elliot and dog Millie. The house is very comfortable, the food is delicious. Heir Island is a gem, peaceful and beautiful. Easy access to tea and milk and water. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Loved lounging in the hot tub in the rain looking out to sea. Amazing sunsets both nights I stayed. I highly recommend and will be back to try the pizzas when it’s open in the summer!

The warm pink tones of Heir Island House welcome guests to island life, with vast sea views in front, an orchard garden to the back. Home cooked breakfasts and dinners, delicious deserts. Comfortable rooms and facilities and most of all doggies very welcome. A perfect base for walking the island, for getting lost in nature and for unwinding amidst bird song and ocean waves. A house beautifully layered with island and family life, Claudia and Craig, the perfect hosts.
